Drill Rig Parts Freight & Dispatch

We understand that drill rig parts are often needed fast, especially when a machine is down or a shutdown window is closing.

General road freight is suitable for standard parts orders, planned maintenance requirements and non-urgent supply.

This is typically the most practical option for regular orders where parts can move through normal freight networks. We can assist by preparing the order for collection, liaising with your nominated courier or freight provider, and helping ensure the required delivery details are clear before dispatch.

Air freight is used for urgent orders where parts need to move faster than standard road freight.

Depending on stock availability, order timing, freight cut-off times, and weight limits, same-day dispatch may be possible. For many regional and mine site requirements, air freight is often more reliable as a next-day option.

We can work with your nominated freight provider to help get urgent parts packed, labelled and moving as quickly as practical.
Critical hot shot freight is for extremely urgent machine-down parts where every hour matters.

This option is typically aligned with a direct courier or hot shot collection, with freight driven directly to site or the required drop-off point. Hot shot freight can often be the fastest option, especially on weekends, after air freight cut-offs, or when parts need to move outside normal freight schedules.

Where required, Drill Repair Services may be able to support urgent after-hours dispatch. A separate 24-hour dispatch or call-out charge may apply.
