Yes. We assist with drill rig component enquiries, including sourcing support, replacement options, repair pathways and service exchange enquiries where available.
Common enquiries may include hydraulic components, such as hydraulic pumps for feed, rotation, tramming and auxiliary functions. Motors for rotary heads, tramming, cooler fans, gearboxes. Hydraulic cylinders and valves. We also source Pump Drive Gearboxes, Final Drives, Drill Rig Air Ends, Water Injection Pumps.

Drill Repair Services is WA-based and supports mining clients across Western Australia, including Pilbara and Goldfields operations. Workshop and support arrangements are being developed, with enquiries currently handled direct by phone, email and quote request.

Yes. While Drill Repair Services is WA-based, we can support drill rig parts and component enquiries from mining clients and contractors across Australia, including the Eastern States such as QLD & NSW.
Yes. We can supply suitable standard parts, including new, rebuilt and second-hand components, where available. Service exchange is generally not offered internationally, as freight time, core return and logistics make it impractical.
Yes. For urgent enquiries, send the part number, rig make and model, photos, site location and urgency so the requirement can be reviewed quickly.

Send us the OEM part number, description, rig make/model, and machine serial number. Providing the serial number and photos speeds up our response and ensures accuracy. Make sure to tell us your site urgency—let us know if it’s an urgent breakdown or planned maintenance so we can triage the request and quote the right freight options.

In most cases, yes. However, rig make, model, serial number and photos can help reduce errors and speed up the enquiry.

Yes. We can work from worn samples, measurements, or photos to draft a design in CAD. Depending on the size requirements, we also offer in-house 3D printing to rapid-prototype concepts and test fitment before final manufacturing.
